Reiki is non-invasive and doesn't involve physical manipulation or touching private parts. The practitioner's hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, and they should never apply pressure.
Some say that Reiki can help with pain and fatigue relief, stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep quality, and emotional healing. However, no scientific studies have proven that Reiki is effective for treating any type of disease.
