VibroAcoustic Therapy

VibroAcoustic therapy (VAT) is a noninvasive treatment that usws sound waves and vibrations to help with pain, stress, and other conditions.

How it works:

VAT uses devices that convert sound frequencies into vibrations, which are then delivered to the body. The vibrations are low-frequency, between 30-120 Hz, which is in the range that humans feel through their skin.
